At Gap, we want you to love your purchase, which is why we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of your order date. Items must be in their original condition, unwashed and unworn, with all tags attached to be eligible for a refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your initial shipment.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are covered.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed.
